I have ARP 12pt SS throughout the build but primarily throughout the DSE suspension and drivetrain. ARP only goes up to 1/2" so I sourced and contracted custom 17-4PH age hardened SS 12pt bolts to match tensile strength in 9/16" for the front and rear DSE suspension. I will never look at $50 bill the same again. And you need about 14 btw with a 6-8 wk lead time.

Dash is about ready. Again no real switches in the build. The InfinityBox PDM system has worked great. Lights, windows, locks, trunk release, HVAC and stereo will all be controlled from an Ipad mounted in the center console.

The front end has been a fight as all the RS front ends are but the fit is going to turn out fantastic. Made a bracket to hold the DSE control box for the RS headlight doors.

We decided on a final project name change with the addition of the Merc engine to "Mercury Rising" sorry for the confusion...the old name just wasn't going to work.

I am glad I am not the only one that went crazy with ARP hardware.

On a side note I had Totally Stainless make all of my custom bolts for Syborg and this latest version of 2nd Chance. So I feel your pain.

I tried to obtain from Totally Stainless but they told me their supplier was no longer able to provide the 9/16" bolts and they didn't know if they would ever carry them in the future and went further to say it was very unlikely they would offer them again.

Mercury Rising is a good name.

That hockey stripe is fantastic against the red.

Thanks! Certainly fits the car better than what it was. Can't wait to get some better pics all cleaned up.

About $700 and 6-7 weeks will fix that.

Prepping for interior and finishing up some audio. While it is home with me I had to take a few pics. Still not final sanded in some spots or final buffed throughout. It is so straight and the paint just blows me away.
