Understood. Just to clarify. Wheels don't have to change at all. Axle tube is cut to length for overall same width.

Understood and still not happening this go round

Being that i didn't break a 31 spline axle, just gave it some twist, i think 35's will have no issue staying in one piece.

I'm glad you confirmed it was twisted. I sat there looking at the screen for a minute wondering if my eyes were playing tricks on me, lol.
