Update... after recommendations from other members I flipped the Blackjack to the rear position and have been leak free. Just had to make a new OEM center console cover plate. Appreciate all the help and knowledge I get from this forum.

I used a high-temp RTV I had sitting around. Just to be clear, the leak was not between the t-56 case and the shifter plate, it was through the inner boot and the shifter shaft.
