Car was completely designed in SolidWorks.
JG said they were very happy to do an 80’s vehicle; a nice change from the ‘69 Camaros and C10’s.
427 Dart LSX block. Motor by Wegner Motorsports; made 1600fwhp on their dyno. On the RS dyno, it made a little bit north of 1200 to the wheels running ethanol.
Runs a manual valve body 4 speed transmission; JG said its the most radical part of the whole build.
Uses the RS IRS setup. The ‘fast track’ chassis remained largely stock.
Although the interior looks like original, the only component left stock is the steering column. Car took 1.5 years to build. Can be driven anywhere and keeps good temps.
Jeremy worked on it personally during the pandemic and said he prefers building cars to management.
He also said the car is abused every time out and likes how well its held up.
Mentioned RS has been working on the digital dash infotainment system for years RS is almost ready to offer it in kit form.
Most everything modded on the car but the rear bumper is not.

Was just catching up with this thread. Didn't know they were making a new DeTomaso but hey who can even keep track of all the supercars these days.
of everything posted above though I think what shocked me the most with its excessiveness was the carbon fiber C10 truck body ? (or is that just a wrap ? )
