No updates on the car, but I did finally pull the trigger on a new lift. I left my last one at our house when we sold it and moved, seemed like a lot of work to move it lol. Been working on a few cars for friends and working off the ground sucks.

Picked this one up and assembled it by myself in about 6 hours. When doing one of these an engine hoist is your best friend as the rails are HEAVY. I only have 10' ceilings in the new shop so I can't go all the way up to be able to stand under the car, so now I'm looking for a good rolling chair that's really stable. My cheap Harbor Freight stool has been reliable, but it'll "reliably" pitch you on your a$$ without warning if it hits a crack or small rock. Any recommendations are appreciated.

I like the Vyper chair but it's pricey.

That was my original thought but apparently doing that with attic trusses is not as easy, and a fair amount of money. I have a full attic above the shop for storage.

Well this is the top of the hill for a low lift. Also you can update the Trusses with Sissor trusses ..
