You've got it Jan, you'll need both of those items to gain the full benefit of mini-tubbing a first gen Camaro or 68 thru 74 Nova.

Hey Bill ... 2 questions are those Budniks on your car? and how do you keep your shop floor so clean when it is white!! ?????? i guess 1 more question what size are your tires. i am going to do the mini tub and tires/rims to my 68 in a few weeks. thanks

Yeah Jonny that's my plan after my tubs are done ...no gas tank...Plutonium Conversion!

1.21 Gigawatts!

Hey can you check with Pasqual on that stuff that we talked about?

so If i mini tub my car using the kit from DSE, I still need to get the gas tank narrowed, or get a custom one?

I was thinking of a 335 tire on a 17" rim, but still have not decided if I'll mini tub or not..

Help......

Yes, you will. There's just not enough room back there for both the stock width tank and offset mounted leafs.

1. Yes, they are the Fontana, in an 18x12 with 6" back spacing.
2. Mopping, lots of mopping........ And it sucks!!
3. I've got 335/30's for the rear, nothing for the front yet.

Good luck, and if you have any questions once you get started, feel free to fire away with the questions, as quite a few of us have already completed the process.
