I know this is not really the appropriate place to ask this question but i am going to anyway.
Is this going to be a Full no Rad Rides Build?
what is the time frame for the completed project
how is the invoicing structured
how do they "Estimate" the cost or do they even ask?

the reason i ask ( and if you want to respond in a PM ) is we also build these types of cars and i am very curious as to how different shops handle these things

Its still down there at the shop I believe.

killer69- I dont really know the answers to your questions. This is my fathers car and so hes taking care of that stuff on his own.

All I know is... it is going to be one nasty street car!

Stopped by the shop to get an estimate on doing my 57 nomad while home in Illinois last christmas. First of let me say EVERYONE was very nice and helpfull, great shop, great cars. Shop manager said its basically $175 to due a car, the recent chevelle was $300+. $25K down in escrow and you replenish the account as it goes low, that way the bill doesn't seem too crazy at the end. shop rate $95/hr.

I would love nothing more than the team at Rad rides to do my Nomad, But I've chosen another ridler winner locally who does equally impresive work that allows me to work on my own car and its only 45 minutes away from my home.... at $50/hr. More bang for the buck for me since the drivetrain will be high $$$$ to start with as I'm not going with a crate motor.

Sounds about right on all that info.

Default Update to website

Jack and Annette just finished updating the projects and completed pages of the cars on the website. Check out the Nova and the other cool cars coming together at radrides. It looks like they are adding new pictures weekly and even daily.

Car looks incredible.
Personally I am not sure on the hood design.
What was the intent there?
Is it functional or is it there for a reason (clearance from underneath etc).
IMO I think it would be killer if it was symmetrical and cowl'd on BOTH sides.
Either way.... the craftsmanship is hands down awesome!

It is coming along nicely, not sure about the hood scoop maybe I need to see it further along,I guess thats what makes rads what they are today....innovators!
