Thanks gentlemen, it's appreciated.

I'm not getting overly sensitive from a personal perspective, though I do make a conscient effort to be sensitive to others even though it may not be seen on the surface......just a minute I need to grab another Kleenex.

Better safe than sorry in this environment without being able to read body language mistakes and assumptions can easily occur.
