I am probably not the best person to answer your ? but I would say you are going to need a donor car for the dash depending how much of what you have it is from the original 69 and how much was cut away. You can cut a dash out from a donor and then get some of the repro pieces, but I don't think you can do the entire thing with aftermarket panels.
