Sounds good, when you call ask for Blake or Jay, they've got the most suspension tuning and working out bugs experience.

Your tie rod assembly is on backwards. The short one goes to the spindle. Have your alignment guy pull the front suspension down an inch & see how much the toe changes. Two inches would be even better. This will tell you a lot.
