what kind of power can i get with a budget of aound $10,000.00 or so. (turbo or n/a)

WOW now that is nice, im so undesided to go turbo or n/a, i dont mine going over my budget if it gives me what i want. i guess when its time to buy an engine i will flip a coin.

I will tell you one thing you can't beat the feel of a turbo!!! If you look at the bottom of the page that 540ci has a street package which drops the c.r. down to 9.5:1 which would be good for n/a (plenty of hp also) now and turbo later (when you can afford or just ready).

That's not a bad idea, i was thinking the samething. I can alway's lose some of the weight in the front end to help with the size of the big block. I might just go with one turbo if i can get another 200-300hp out of it if not then two. I think the drive train and the suspension w/brake's will cost the most out of the whole build.
