my thoughts and prayers are with the three of you!
my first was a complete roller coaster and it really stole the "fun" out of the pregnancy. 5 weeks in the hospital and 3 surgeries later we thought we were done, but we've been tossed back in as of last month. the worst part is waiting to hear back from the damn docs.
just know that everything will work out in the end! every headache and heartache is worth it when you see them smile.

Hope everything goes as well as it can. My wife is pregnant too and I can't imagine what it would do to a guy to have to deal with that. Hang in there.

Just an update guys. Wife has been put on bed rest for the remainder of the pregnancy. She'd not due until April 21st. So my life has gone from 12 hour days at work, to 7-8, and then home at 5 to cook, clean, dishes and laundry, groceries, etc. No biggie, but definitely a change. I've figured out some quick microwavable stuff that I can put out in the morning for her for lunch. Instant Mac n' cheese, and other stuff like that. Biggest change is she's now on disability, so that cuts her income in half. Next few months are going to be tough, but glad we have good friends, and family to help. Hopefully with tax season, business picks up, and makes up for some of it. Maybe the new website will start bringing in some business.
Thanks again, guys, I'll keep you all updated.

Hang in there Jon! I've been splitting shifts between work and home due to illnesses and a death in the family for three weeks now, it somewhat helps put things in perspective.
Work smart, deligate, and put a fresh saddle blanket on Justin.
Positive thoughts for your family and business!

Hi guys, just an update. Mom and baby are doing well. Contractions are kept at bay, or reduced to 2 or 3 every hour at the most, sometimes less, sometimes more, but weekly check ups tell us baby Sophia is doing very well. We've only been back to the hospital once in the past 3 weeks when Chelsea woke up with some piercing type pains, but after a few hours there, everything checked out. Wife and I watch a lot of TV, and my mother-in-law comes over every Friday night to help me catch up with house chores. Doing a lot of cooking myself, which I enjoy, but my repertoire of pasta, BBQ, and stir fry are exhausted. Chelsea goes off the medication in 6 weeks, as they say that is when Sophia's lungs will be fully developed and able to survive in the outside world. At that time, we've heard of women going straight into labor, and of women who continue to carry full term, so we'll see, and I'll keep you all updated. Thanks for letting me "blog" about it here, its somewhat therapeutic for me to do so.
I want to thank you all for your emails, text messages, phone calls, and prayers. Chelsea and I are very grateful we have the good friends and family we do to help us through this. Thank you everyone.
