The inside is not finished but has a lot of walls that need to go. That's not my boat it is the guys I'm buying the house from. We close Aug. 22.

This is upstairs also roughed in but not finished. Trying to decide apartment, man cave, or storage?

Should be a cool place when it is done.

Mark

The trusses are load bearing free span, so no issue pulling the walls out. The guy had plans to wall it off to have a wood shop and a cold storage area, I think I would like open shop area and keep a couple rooms for bath room, storage room and a utility room.

The new house is in Milford backing to a state park.

The attached garage is also 26 deep by 36 wide.... Lots a room for drivers.
