here (Montreal- Canada) they are playing yoyo with the prices! Its unbelievable. One day its 89¢ the next its 1.15$ a liter. It went as high as 1.50ish

Its at a record low these days (barrell) and you'd think it would go down...Yeah, dream on! It should be around 75¢ a liter and its still at 89¢.

Well. the sheiks need to pay for their indoor ski center in the middle of the desert...
