1/8" round bar and welder for closing, grindin and weldin for opening. There alot in of steps and it takes alot of time. I hammer and dolly edges as flat and thin as I can get before adding or removing material. On edges of quarters and such if there soft I will cut and add rod to get a sharp edge. You have to go slow and take your time with lots of hammer and dolly work. I seen some guys make a mess out of panels. Pacual said you can have your gaps out of bondo or metal, you choose.

I had to re-skin both doors and I fully welded the inside so there are no seams

I get it now, this was a MAJOR concern with my build. So when you add the 1/8 inch round bar you then weld the bar the complete lenght of the edge correct Tig or Mig
