Walked out tonight (just minutes ago) to get the mail and saw this and had to come in and get the camera and get a shot off.... The fall colors this year are just amazing.

Beautiful spring day here in Oz, was sitting in my study that overlooks our pond.

This little guy ventured out to catch some rays.

They are called a blue tongue lizard as their tongue is bright blue. I'm not quick enough to get a shot with his tongue out (haven't toyed with continuous shooting yet).

They grow to about half a foot long and are pretty slow and lumbering. Harmless although this may explain why 3 weeks ago we had small goldfish in the pond and now we don't !!

I agree great picture.

I love looking at and into old barns. You can just feel the history.
