Default Help choosing Master Cylinder for Hydroboost

I'm working on accumulating parts for a 4 wheel disk swap onto a '68 Camaro.
I'll be using stock 2000 Fbody calipers and rotors. The hydroboost I recently picked up is from a '90 Astro van. I've seen people mention a MC from a '99+ 4x4 S-10. Is there a particular reason why this MC is better than others? Is it possible to use the MC from the same '99 Camaro Donor? I'd like to stick with a commonly available stock replacement for ease of replacement if anything fails.
The biggest reason I don't like the Astro unit is it's dual reservoirs. If I can simply replace it, rather than the MC as well, I'd be open to that as well.

I apologize if this seems to be a simple question, I haven't pieced together a braking system until now and want to make sure I'm happy with my final decision.

Thanks for your help!
