Default Cam selection help

I'm in the process of picking a cam for my 498 bbc. Pisons are Keith Black .70 over forged that will be 9.46-1 comp. Rods are 6.385 H beams. Crank is a eagle 4340 4.25 crank. I have Dart Pro 1 310cc heads. Also, I will be using Hydraulic roller lifters with 1.7 shaft mount rockers. Intake is a Edelbrock Air gap. I have a D&D Viper T56 for trans and ford 9 inch with 4:10 true trac. I'm looking for some guidance with cam selection. This for the most part is a street motor that will see some track time. Preferred power band is somewhere in the 1500-6500 range.

Side note. How high can I spin this motor with the internals I have selcted.

Thanks in advance
