Default How do I remove this stuff?

I spent some time today pulling the old carpeting and insulation out of my corvair - it was soaked with water after the recent rain here. The insulation fell apart when removing it, and I'm left with this stuff that looks like horsehair stuck all over the floor. While the carpet is up I'd love to POR-15 the floors, but I need to get this insulation stuff off the floor first - it's all glued in:

How do I get this stuff out so I can lay down new carpeting?
