From the GMPP instructions for their current production blade MAF:
Ensure the MAF Sensor is mounted in the middle of a minimum
6 inch length of 4 inch diameter tube, and is a minimum of 10
inches from the throttle body.
Yours looks AOK based on this spec. In fact much much better than what many people do which is place it right in front of the throttle body which really messes it up.
