Default Can axle tubes be replaced in a 12bolt?

I have an old 12bolt rear end in the shed but the axle tubes are junk. Can these tubes be replaced? Who does that kind of work?

If you are doing upgrades to it like new brakes and axles go to a ford 9" housing end..

Yes. I had a busted tube and had it replaced.
