Restoration Shop in Orange County CA?

I've found a 70 Camaro I am interested in, which located in Orange County. It needs a fair bit of assembly for completion. Car is painted and a roller. I am against the idea of transporting as is with boxes of parts.

I'm looking for a local shop that does restoration style work (this not going to be a pro touring car, but original) to get car completed, ready for shipping.
