Default OUSCI Corvair and Chevelles

Anyone have more information on the two Chevelles and the Corvair that will compete or did compete at OUSCI? That Corvair was at Caffeine and Octane here in Atlanta a couple months ago. I should have talked to the owner then but I just looked it over and admired it greatly. It's a really neat car. The wrapped Chevelle screams badass. The blue one looks like it has the power to be badass.

Do we have results from OUSCI yet?

Thanks

Corvair belongs to the "World Famous" JB Grainger.
He lives in Atlanta somewhere....

That Corvair was very cool, I'd love to do a feature on it so you can all see it.

I think you are referring to Tony G's wrapped Chevelle...it's a sweet ride also. I like that he still runs an old school SBC with a Carb and does well with it.

Yes, the red wrapped Chevelle is the mean looking one.

Any info about the Corvair would be appreciated. What power plant was he running? I'm helping my business partner complete a corvair convertible and we have a turbo motor and sagnaw 4-speed lined up to drop in it.

Yes the red wrapped 70 is TonyG's from ABC Performance. The navy blue 69 is Nick Weber's. Just met Nick this weekend, super nice guy and the car is ridiculous. Garage built car too.

The Corvair of Brad Graingers is very cool, it is LS mid-engine with a Mendeola transaxle 5-speed. I saw it at LS Fest and thought it was the best car there. The mods are crazy, including making it a hatch-back where the rear glass and "hood" open as one piece. It has all C5 suspension parts underneath as well.
