Default mini tub on a budget

Hello again, it's been a while since I've been here but some of you might remember my Tech 9 Camaro back in 08/09...
Anyway, I've been more in the motorcycle scene for the past 5 or so years but the bug just bit me again to do another car. I pulled the trigger a couple days ago on a clean, mostly original 69 again. However, this one is going to be a lot more on a budget than the last one. I'm looking for some guidance on the least expensive route to mini tub the car. As I said, I've been away from the scene for about 5 years for all intensive purposes so I need to get up to speed again. I originally was thinking of just moving the leaf springs in but after looking at a few things, it looks like by the time it's all said and done, it's hardly any different to put a 4 link in the car. I just don't want to put the wrong 4 link in just because it's cheap. I have no problem just sticking with leaf springs and offset shackles if it saves a bunch of money. It's just going to be a cruiser with either a small block or possibly an LS2/LS3 if I can find the right deal. Again, just trying to get some input on the most economical way to get this done because it's the one must have on the car...
Thanks for any input you can offer!👍
