Default 4130 TIG welded Custom Roll-bar

here is a roll bar we just finished, its for the owner of Stangwerks.

Full 4130 construction, TIG welded.

some yes, i used the same method i use to weld up off-road chassis and suspension. Mild filler rod (because its not getting heat treated) and a weave pattern. I just love to weld 4130 over 1020 anyday.

here is the shots of the romovable harness bar. It is made using special machined units that interlock and bolt together for the ultimate in strength.

Default 4130 sub-frame connectors

here are some custom Sub-frame connectors i just made from 1.5" 4130 tubing and welded it into the chassis with .120 4130 plate.
