Pshop help on some wheels? I am inept!

I'll save you the back story for now but I may need to paint the inside of the spokes and possibly around the bolts black. Outside of the spokes(what you see looking straight on) I would keep the brushed look they are now but the inside would be painted, kind of like an M3 wheel. Anyone able to do it? I have a wheel that I started taping but I didn't have time to finish and I'll be damned if I'll pay the body guy to do it

P.S. This car has the street challenge system and will ride a lot lower than this just in case you noticed the ride height is in offroad mode.
