Default Why ME?

I was rear ended by someone talking on there cell phone not paying attention to the road. She hit me so hard I got pushed into the car in front of me. My Insurance Comp said it's totaled. Man this sucks BIG TIME

Well on the bright side I just picked up an 87 El camino to get me back and forth to work until I buy a new car.

If it was your Chevelle it would suck.

Been there.. done that.. be happy it wasn't your Chevelle. People just don't pay attention.

Since it's their fault make sure you're not screwed and don't sign anything until they make right.

Oh, and go see a doctor even if you have a tiny bit of pain, good to document this stuff.

Yeah these AZ drivers can be very dangerous when talking on the phone. this is my second time being rear ended by someone on a cell phone out here. The last accident wasnt as bad. I just got myself a lawyer today and they told me the only thing I need to worry about from here on out is, getting better!

At least YOU are OK. It's a Scion, disposable transportation and easily replaced. The Chevelle would suck.

Some NASCAR duct tape and a big band aid and it will still get good gas mileage.

I was 20 something got hit on a bike they paid me double on the bike damage and $1500 cash and my medical bills up to my signature. I thought I had pulled one off $$$. Ya right. My neck has never been right since and the older I get the more it reminds me.
