I agree.

The stripe in this case gives it more attitude. If you're not certain, maybe go with a more subtle stripe. In my case, I would like a stripe, but will likely go with a color that will not be so noticeable or maybe even ghost stripes. Although, that probably won't work with your color scenario?

Stripe or no stripe, your car looks awesome.

I think the car needs a stripe, especially since you went with powder coated centers on the wheels. The stripe helps to break up the solid color and it make the rims pop.

Rims are usually the first thing to get noticed.

I vote for the stripe breaks up the color a bit and adds some flare

IMO... It needs stripes to bring the powder coated wheels in a little better. Maybe small stripes on the side of the scoops similar to what Steve did on Penny's CF hood and something on the rear quarters? But like a few others have said, just because we like it doesn't mean it will be perfect for your tastes.

Default Newer Renderings

This thread is an older one that's been resurected... Ben Hermance has done some newer renderings that can be seen in the build thread:

"OLDFLMs 71 Firebird comes to Fletcher's Customs"... https://lateral-g.net/forums/show...=17027&page=11

Let me know what you think!
