Default front tires?

im running a 235 45 17 on the front of my 68 camaro.can i run a 245 and it not rub?

I will assume stock suspension. You should be fine I am planing on running the 245 front on mine.

get 245/45/17 or 245/40/18 (depending on diam of front wheels). Dont' worry a 245 will work...although 4.75-5" b.s. would help....are you positive you have 4.5" b.s.?

What width wheel are you running? Are we all assuming 8"? Disc cars and drum cars have different track widths as well with the disc cars being ~.44" wider per side and thus more tolerant of additional backspacing.

my car is a drum car.im running sevens on the front.anthony im pretty sure its 4.5 b.s.
