Default any tips for changing over to solid bushings?

ive got the speedtech solid bushings for my 68 camaro/im going to install them this week/im doing the subframe and the radiator support.
i have a lift to use to seperate the subframe from the body.
im wondering if anyone has any tips to make the job easier.

ive got the instructions that came with the speed techs/im just wondering if there any tricks out there/thank you for that info though.
