Default Fab guy's tell me whats up here..

I always nose around DSE site to see what there up to. I was looking at the Kyle Busch Camaro and saw they closed the hood gap with 1/8 inch rod. My question is once you use the rod to close the gap what do you do under the lip that is extended. To me that is a big edge... Hope I'm making cence here

Mario, looks to me they cut the whole edge and filled between so you keep the factory edge. At least thats what I would do.

I see now. I thought they used round bar.. Splitting the edge makes way more sence..
