I don't like low riders but at least I will appreciate the workmanship.

Thanks for sharing the pics. Always nice to see something different.

Vegas69, Ill be @ SEMA in HotRod Alley with this car, make sure to look me up. My name is Roger Burman owner of Lakeside Rods. I want to show U pics of the 1970 Camaro that we are starting to work on, that way if U hate it too I know we're on the right track. I see on the Columbus thread you were cutting down the top 5 cars cuz they didnt get to run the AutoCross because of rain, that show happens every year so bring your car and we'll see how U do.

You win SMOY and you're worried about what I think? I did hate it at that point but it turned out very nice. I'm not a fan of the 2010 Camaro thus I'm not a big fan of the car still. I hope you don't think I'm attacking your craftsmanship? It's clearly very well done and the craftsmanship is top shelf. Also, I didn't put down teh top 5 due to not running the autocross. I didn't even have that info until now. I was simply saying it's a shame they won't get driven much. I tell you what, I'll meet you at SEMA to look at your new project and you meet me out in Pahrump and we'll see who can wheel their creation better and who has the bugs worked out? Deal?

Todd, is calling Roger out your latest plan to get into Optima this year? If so, I like your reasoning. Wish I'd thought of that first 'cause I want to go too.

I'd love to see 'Scar' at Spring Mountain. It may look like a piece of rolling art, but it's got all the right parts under it, and I want to know if those parts have been made to work together.

Karen has had several first gen camaros built, but couldn’t convince herself to purchase a 2010. So Roger and Karen decided to make the best of both worlds. The car will be powered by a Warren Johnson racing 500 Cu in LSX motor. Horsepower will be somewhere in the range of 1000+. The motor is backed up by a Gearstar 200R4 Trans and a Detroit Speed Suspension. Look for Karen and Roger at one of the Good Guys’ events. Keep checking Eric Brockmeyer’s website to see the rendering of “Scar”.
The fabrication work is intense! I also think it grabs the best of both generations of Camaro.

You need to hold back judgement on this car. I've seen it in the construction process and now it is in primer. The Brockmeyer renderings are insane and the car will be as cool as the artwork. I'm not a big Camaro guy but I think this thing is awesome. You really can't see much from these pics so keep an open mind. It will be a contender at Columbus..you can count on that.
