Let's hope Buick does something like this... before it ends up like Oldsmobile. What I would have loved to have seen before it was too late was a new Cutlass. A really good Cutlass (not like the crap they were building) could have saved Olds IMO, and I would have loved to have seen a 2006 Hurst/Olds with an LS2. Holy crap, that would've been cool - and I'd have one in my driveway.

The first car looks like it's based off the Holden Monaro (like the GTO). No truth to that roomer because we have to stop production on that platform in the United States soon. Not sure if it's October '06 or October '07. Something is changing with the engineering standards in the U.S and we won't be able to manufacture and sell that car here anymore. I heard this from a colleague of mine over the Summer but can't remember the specifics of what he said. But yeah...GTO only has another year or two to go.

They do. The GTO is getting a makeover and is going to be built on the same new platform as the Camaro.
