Default Wheel & Tire Help

I have seen some ppl talk about a measuring tool that bolts up to the brake drum or rotor to help figure out what size tire & wheel would fit your car. Can anybody help me out and tell me what it's called and what company makes a good one?

JCG Restorations and Customs make a bad ass looking one that you can mount a tire on. You may need to use it on more than one project to justify it though.
