brake problems

Is anyone else experiencing promblems getting there baer brakes?

I ordered from year one bear sport track complete kit and it was charged to my credit card on 9-11-2005 I got last part 1-16-2006 their reason was bear is far behind and that was only after 10 calls to year one.
