Default Supercharger Help

I currently own a 2010 Silverado LT with the 6.2L L9H. According to GM it has a stock HP rating of 403. I've been tossing the Idea around between of whether or not to Supercharge it.

There are plenty of options out there for me to chose from. Edelbrock, Kenne Bell, Whipple, and I'm sure more that I am not thinking of right now.

Other plans for the truck are American Racing Headers and an Exhaust( Corsa or Borla).

I use my truck like a truck, not a grocery getter. I pull trailers, drive it through mud/fields on the way to cut wood when I'm at my Dad's house. My dogs ride in.

I'm not saying that the 400HP isn't enough, but who doesn't want more?

Does anyone have any experience with Supercharging the 6.2L Silverado? Pros/Cons?

I know this post has nothing to do with Carving Corners but it may help my Car get to a track someday.

I assume you'd probably want to go with a roots style over a centrifugal since it is a truck. To have power come in the low-mid range.

I have a 2004 4.8 silverado and running Magnacharger they are way to go its all self contained as far as oil, and I believe they warranty your engine like the dealership ( don't quote me on it but it use to be that way ) but it's no maintenance to them once you set them up. It's a straight forward installation and they ship a tune to download and your ready.
I got two of them and if need to I would definitely buy again
