Come on guys! Who else is signing up??

103db sound....

Great track that's hard to hurt yourself on...

Driving school if you want it...

Various levels from beginner to intermediate to advanced... so choose which group you'd be comfortable in. I'm living proof that you can go fast enough in Yellow to spin....

$460 for about 10 x 20 minute session over two days... By the time they call for the 4th session on Sunday, you'll be too tired to answer the bell.

Fuel right there on the premises.... and a Race store in case you need something (sadly - they don't sell talent...or I'd have bought a case)

In addition to that -- I've engaged Ron Sutton to come help me learn about tires - heat - heat cycling - pressures etc... So we welcome Ron to our little group of funsters!

I ASSume that Charley and our other buddies (Chet/Pete/Mike) will be there as well... so it should be a great time!

NorCal Shelby Spring Sprint

Thunderhill Raceway

Holy Cow. I'm gone for 2 days & there is a whole thread on this event.

Greg, thanks for having me come work with you. We're going to have some fun.

Thread?

That's an eloquent way of describing it.

Track Time coming!

#1 -- It takes some of these slugs awhile to get their "sh!t" ready to go.... so giving them PLENTY of advance notice. Come to think of it - I shoulda started earlier

#2 -- Thanks for agreeing to come help! You have no idea what you've gotten yourself in to.

I'm on a self imposed ban from track events until I safety my car up a bit, but this one almost sounds like it would be worth the 1,755 mi, 26 hours I-80 W one way road trip to join in the fun...

Sounds like a fun weekend plan. Hanging out with the guys, getting in some track time, and watching Sieg drive the Lotus

Thunderhill is on my list for doing a track day event. I'm not sure I'll have the car all back together in time for May... we’ll see how it goes. I’m a maybe.

Come on Dale! Put down the keyboard and get out there and put her together. Tick tock... tick tock...

Would be fun if you can make it!
