Funny thing about the Casa Ramos name is my Mother In Law's maiden name is Ramos.......which she "claims" is Portuguese descent.

Could be. It's not an uncommon name in Portugal. Pronounced sorta like "Rahmozsh". My Mothers side of the family is Portuguese. Surname Dominguez pronounced sorta like "Domingzsh"
