I'd be interested in meeting you out there on a Friday. When is it?

Helmets are required at all times (we have rentals available for $15 per day). Mandatory driver’s meeting for Full Day participants is at 8:30AM in the base of the tower and 12:30PM for Half Day participants.

Annual Test Card:
The Annual Test Card is available for $75 and it works like a discount card. The card may be used during any non-exclusive, OPEN TEST day (cars only) designated as such by Buttonwillow Raceway Park. A driver with an Annual Test Card receives a $25 discount on a full day and a $10 discount on a half day at each OPEN TEST. There are approximately 20 OPEN TESTS held annually.

This is the best way to get testing & seat time! All the seat time & dialing in the Challenger has been on Buttonwillow open track days.. I highly recommend it..

Cris is right, their Friday test days are a great opportunity to gain seat time and make adjustments to your car.

Drivers do not mess around on the track though. There will be a number of very fast cars in the closed wheel group, including gt3 cup type cars. Be on your A game checking your mirrors, and driving on the correct line. Drivers can pass anywhere they deem safe, and they will pass in corners, occasionally, which is why knowing where they are and staying on line are so important, if you let your awareness lapse you make things potentially dangerous. Stay safe, careful and respectful of your ability and those of others and you will have a great time!
