This little baby Ford might be just the ticket in a light weight little daily driven pickup truck.

Subtract the one from the price (along with five zeros), then add some sense, and experience the product of my X302 (which I finagled for free, plus a brief trip to South Carolina), with about 10 fewer horsepower (oh jeez, so weak). I'm pretty sure that somewhere in this country, you can get actual horses (maybe from a glue factory) for $1000.00 apiece...

Oh, wait. I forgot to notice that they included a "throttlebody efi" (F150, anyone?) and "premium fuel." There's the money!

Im glad you are doing this build thread. Im not on a lot of forums and its nice to see a change of pace once in awhile. Im in my 30's and I wasnt lucky enough to be subjected to this style while growing up, so its all new to me and Im enjoying the show.

Glad you're on board! Eric (Pinkee's) is not good on updates with pictures -- so it will be tough to post much that way... and first time I'll see it and be able to do pics will be the end of September.

I'll do a rendering once we settle on some details.

So you say subtle things to them like "did you ever attend classes at the art school?".... or "well... that looks like something my Grandmother would drive". Then they send you a few more of their crazy ass ideas... and you give them more "input" like.... "is this for some other customer?" or "I didn't know you worked on the BatMobile". After a few back and forth along these lines - they settle down and get to work with some of the ideas YOU gave them 7 sets of drawing and $3500 in billings ago. I usually give them kudos at this point something along the lines of "one more set and we're done" or "I've got some stuff I really like from "X" (his competitor) that I think is going to work". After "critiquing" a few details, some times I ask them if they'd really like me to post this sh!t on the Internet...

In about a year they finally come up with one to two things you can use and everybody is happy.

LOL
Living in the oem automotive world I had to lol at this a little bit.
