It looks amazing Greg. Maybe sometime I can fly out to see it. Maybe I could cut the grass to pay for my room and board......

Not a summer home Lenie -- our home - period. Sold the Bellevue place in May (it was on the market for 2 hours). This will be our one and only. We're really not into second homes. I'd rather go all over the place than "have" to go because you own somewhere else.
