Default Painted trim pieces

I have a 69 convertible I'm wanting to black out the trim (windshield trim header bow door handles) in a matte color. What are you guys doing for trim pieces, anodize, powder coating or just painting?

Well anodizing is out. Hear it will fade in time. So Paint or powder coat?

I'm going to try what Mark Stielow did use Cerakote. Seems pretty durable!

That's what we coat our guns with and the boss man suggested it. Does powder coating scratch easy? I've heard it hard to touch up so Paint may be an option.
