Default 69 camaro convertable need seats and belts

Hey guys,
Need some advice I have a 69 camaro convertible that I am putting a lsx 427 and a 6 speed in and would like to upgrade the stock seats and lap belts to match. Either a three point or four point harness and good supportive seats. Thanks for any advice

Recaro Specialist would be my seat suggestion. Seats are your primary point of contact with your car and a major safety element.....not an area to skimp on IMO.

I've had my Recaro seats for 23 years and they are still exceptional....they are the equivalent of the Specialist with fabric that has held up amazingly well. The ergonomics of the seat are very good and fit a wide range of sizes.

If you're planning on driving the car frequently, 3-point retractable belts are the way to go for convenience. If you have harnesses, my guess is you'll end up just wearing the lap belt at times which is similar to playing Russian Roulette.

As Sieg said, the Specialists are great seats. They are a little on the pricey side, but they're worth it. You'd be surprised at what a good seat like a Recaro feels like after cruising for a while, compared to a cheaper knockoff or cheaper seat in general. They also last a long time- high quality materials & parts.

you might want to consider a Schroth 4 point for the convertible.
