Default Work Wheels.

hey Dave,

The set of Works I got from a member on here.. here is the link that had them.

https://lateral-g.net/forums/showthread.php4?t=46837

I don't know the back-set specs.

I put them on my stock 67 camaro and had issues with the back-set. they rubbed on the outside fender well and ruined a new tire. Oh.. they rub on the inside as well...

On a 67 and 68 - If your mini-tubbed with a shortened axle..
they work.

I just sold them to a gent with a 1969 camaro.. of which should play nice, since the 69's have a deeper fender well opening to allow the wheel to fit. its like 1/4" off from it working.

I'm looking at purchasing some Rushforth now. Pricing is tolerable.

Thanks for the links and the info. I have a '68 that will be mini tubbed w/ an AME 4 link.

Maybe you can comment on the quality of the rims.
They look great on all 3 '67 1st gens. It's helpfull to see them on a red then white then blue '67.
Thanks again, Dave

Default Wheel Quality

overall the wheels were nice. well constructed. finish is good.. lines were clean and well finished with no flaw areas.

I did notice that whoever had them, did have a rubbing issue of the tie rod end to the passenger inner wheel, which scratched/gouged the inside surface. I didn't notice any problem with the stock set up tho. ?
