Jwcarguy did his with a bracket close to the width of the console like a z shape accept the middle is straight up and down.
On mine I made a bracket shaped like a U space and mounted it to the side of the trans tunnel. If I can find pictures I’ll post them.

Thanks Wayne I saw the other z bracket looking to run Ecu wires under console so more u shaped would work better for me
