Default Collapsible column

I want to order an Ididit column for my project and not sure if I need a collapsible column or not. It will be more work to install the collapsible, but I will do it if the column adds some safety. It will be a street car.

It will absolutely add some safety. Keeps the column from spearing you in the chest in a front end collision.

I went ahead and ordered an Ididit collapsible column with their mounts. It’ll require some fab work to install it properly, but I don’t mind the extra work especially for some added safety.
