Default Underfunded Customs

Will after years of searching I finally found a raggedy old building downtown to turn into Underfunded Customs! Once I get rid of all the junkies in the garbage buildings actually pretty nice 3300 square feet of hot rod awesomeness.

Cool unique building that looks like it should work out nice. Maybe find out who "Vice" is and pay him a few bucks to come back and add "Grips".
