Default Very high pedal effort on Willwood’s

I had the car out for the first time today since last fall, and the pedal effort is super high to get the brakes to engage. I have a stock dual master and power brakes. Does this sound like something a brake bleed might cure? There was no issue when it was parked. Thanks!

I just double checked everything and it looks like the plastic grommet at the master cylinder had cracked with age and heat. They would explain my lack of vacuum. Thanks

MC piston bore would make a difference also. Smaller the piston bore size the more clamping force
