Overall, it's the geometry that will affect handling the most. These parts only affect geometry if you use the lower arms to add some caster, which can be quite an upgrade. Otherwise, car don't care what them arms be made of.

I know there’s not a lot of ‘difference’ in the design/dimensions.
The strut rods didn’t come yet, but I had a hammered ball joint so I had to install the lower arms. But now that the lower arms are in, it’s obvious that the previous alignment is no longer even close which tells me that more was amuck. I’m not expecting anything overly incredible, but the stock lowers were worn out & I wanna go 100+ mph on occasion. So...done did.
But!!! I really want to sell this one, buy a 1st Gen 4-door wagon and do a full chassis (Roadster or Morrison) with an LS SWAP. Just my thoughts.
