Potential member scam! - Lateral-g Forums

Not sure were to post this but I recently placed an add in WTB and received a private email claiming he had the part available for sale.
The first thing I noticed was the member was new as of a few days.
When asked to text pics of the part for sale, the member sent a stock photo of the part.
I replied by asking for pics of the actual part.
The members reply back

"When you're ready to take 'em and you've made payment that's when I can call my mechanic to remove 'em i don't want to disfigured the car and later you will tell me something else"

Thought I would reach out to see if admin would like the details

You were right to be suspicious, he's a scammer and been banned.
